"Pretty much got exactly what I ordered"
Everything showed up just as expected, and there was sorta nothing to complain about. The order was right and nothing was missing.

"I have sensitive skin, so..."
I have sensitive skin, so I’m always a little nervous trying something new, but this didn’t irritate me at all. That’s all I really ask for, just a product that does its job without making my skin angry. Shipping was fine, not the fastest, but it got here in decent shape and I don’t have any real complaints.

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t have the energy to keep checking on my order, so it was a nice surprise when my pjur.us package showed up faster than I thought it would. The tracking updated without any issues, which helped. The only small downside was that it seemed to take an extra day to get packaged, but overall the shipping experience was good

"Pretty good value overall"
I feel like the prices are fair for what you’re getting. It’s defintely not the cheapest option out there, but the quality seems worth it and the bottles actually last a decent amount of time. I wouldn’t mind seeing more discounts here and there, but overall I’m happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars

"Not as discreet as I expected"
I was expecting the packaging to be more private, but the box had the Pjur name right on the label. My roommate ended up grabbing it before I did, which made the whole thing awkward. I guess it was a good reminder to double-check what “discreet shipping” actually means before ordering

Overall, the site was easy to use and I found what I needed without too much hassle. Checkout was straightforward too, which I always appreciate because I have zero patience for complicated carts, I was literally trying to finish before my coffee got cold. The only thing I’d say is the product filters could be a bit better. I had to click around more than I expected to narrow things down. Not a huge deal though, and the whole experience was still good overall.

"Why is this bottle so frustrating?"
The product itself might be fine, but the bottle drives me nuts. It gets slippery almost immediately, and trying to mess with the cap when you already have product on your hands is such a hassle. On top of that, it’s hard to control how much comes out, so I ended up wasting some without even meaning to. For the price, I really expected packaging that wasn’t this annoying to use.

"Feels Like a Robot Is Answering Emails"
I reached out to support and it took way too long for them to get back to me. When they finally replied, it felt like one of those robotic copy-paste emails instead of a real person actually reading what I asked. Frustrating experience overall

"Nice Texture, but My pH Still Felt a Bit Off"
I ordered this from Pjur because I was looking for something that wouldn’t mess with my pH balance. The texture was actually good and it didn’t burn or feel uncomfortable at first, so That was a plus. Shipping was normal too, no problems there. But after using it a couple of times, I still felt a little off the next day. Not terrible or anything, just Maybe not the perfect fit for my body.

"Good for condoms, just a little sticky after a while"
I used it with condoms and it worked fine, so that was the main thing I cared about. No weird issues or anything, which made the experience feel easy and low-stress. After a while it did start to feel a bit sticky, so it’s not perfect, but I’d still say it did what I needed it to do. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing, but it got here.

"Wish I’d known it wasn’t toy-safe"
I bought a lube from pjur.us and used it with one of my silicone toys, and unfortunately it messed up the material. I’m careful about what I use because I don’t want to ruin expensive toys or take chances with anything that goes on my body, so this was really frustrating. I just wish the compatibility info had been much clearer upfront

"I bought this thinking it would..."
I bought this thinking it would be a nice neutral option with no real scent, but nope. It still had this weird smell to me, not like strong perfume, just something kind of off that lingered around. What a joke, honestly. Maybe it won’t bother everyone, but I really wasn’t a fan

I tried pjur.us hoping for a little intimacy boost, the product itself was fine. It felt nice, didn’t irritate my skin, and did what it was supposed to do, so no major complaints there.
That said, just a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering: shipping was slower than I expected, and the price feels a bit steep for what you get. I’m not saying avoid it completely, but I’d definitely compare options before spending the money.

"Not as neutral as I was expecting"
I tried it when I was in a good mood and hoping it would be super neutral, but it still had this weird taste to it. Not terrible, just kind of disappointing.

I’m usually skeptical about ingredient lists, but this one doesn’t really give me anything to side-eye. No weird stuff that I noticed, so I feel okay using it.

It stays slick for a decent amount of time, maybe around 20 minutes or so for me. The glide is really nice, but the price feels a little high for what you get

"Reordering was easy, but the subscription part threw me off"
Reordering was simple and took no time, which I appreciated. But when I tried to adjust the subscription settings, I got a little confused and wasn’t totally sure what I was changing at first. It works, but that part could definitely be clearer.

The refund did come through, though it took a little longer than I was expecting. Support was helpful when I checked in, so overall it was okay—just not the fastest return process.

"Not sure I trust them anymore"
I had heard good things about them before but my order issue kind of changed how I feel. It just made the brand seem less reliable to me and I’m not sure I’d order again.
